About this role
Moore Teachers is recruiting a Year 1 Teaching Assistant for a temporary role in Broxbourne, supporting teaching and learning within a Year 1 classroom at an Outstanding-rated primary school. The role involves working with individual pupils, small groups and occasionally the whole class, assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, and supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development. You will help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment and encourage pupil confidence, independence and progress. Candidates should have experience working with primary-aged children, be confident supporting learning within Key Stage 1, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Salary: £87–£110 per day.
