Warehouse Operative - Loading andamp; Unloading
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in the Darlington area.
This role involves loading and unloading vehicles, moving stock safely throughout the warehouse, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is a physically demanding role and would suit individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
Duties Include:
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Sorting and moving parcels and stock within the warehouse
- Ensuring items are handled safely and efficiently
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Supporting the wider warehouse team as required
Shift Details:
- 2:00am - 9:00am
- Monday to Saturday
- Ad hoc / as-and-when required shifts
- Flexibility is essential
Pay Rates:
- -13.31 per hour between 2:00am - 5:00am
- -12.71 per hour between 5:00am - 9:00am
- Weekly pay every Friday
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Good level of fitness and reliability
- Safety/work boots are required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
