As the Technical Supervisor, you'll:
- Oversee technical maintenance activities within a high-profile corporate headquarters.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to support effective building services operations.andnbsp;
- Maintain a professional, responsive service for clients and building occupants.andnbsp;
- Coordinate maintenance priorities and respond to technical and operational requirements.andnbsp;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and wider operational teams.andnbsp;
- Apply technical knowledge and sound judgement to resolve maintenance issues.andnbsp;

To be successful as the Technical Supervisor, you'll have:
- A minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.andnbsp;
- Practical AM2 qualification or assessment experience.andnbsp;
- Strong technical building services knowledge and supervisory capability.andnbsp;
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous approach to client interactions.andnbsp;
- Confidence working within a high-profile corporate environment.andnbsp;
- Good IT skills and the ability to work with digital management systems.andnbsp;
- Health and safety knowledge and Salesforce experience would be advantageous.andnbsp;
