The successfulandnbsp;Teaching Assistants/TAandrsquo;sandnbsp; will have:andnbsp;
- Experience working within SEND settingsandnbsp;
- Experienceandnbsp;supporting children in groups or 1:1andnbsp;andnbsp;
- Excellent classroom managementandnbsp;
- A caring andandnbsp;nurturing personalityandnbsp;
