As a Supply Teaching Assistant, youand#39;ll work alongside experienced teachers and school staff to support pupils in the classroom, assist with learning activities and help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils with their learning and classroom activities.
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and the delivery of engaging lessons.
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.
- Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills.
- Supporting pupils to understand and complete classroom tasks.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a focused learning environment.
- Helping to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive classroom.
- Preparing classroom resources and learning materials.
- Supporting pupils during break times, lunch times and other school activities where required.
- Working closely with teachers and other school staff to meet pupilsand#39; learning needs.
- Adapting to different school environments and following each schooland#39;s policies and procedures.
