Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to support primary schools across Wellingborough. We have a range of opportunities available, from occasional day-to-day cover through to regular short-term and long-term placements.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities may include:
Delivering engaging lessons using plans and resources provided by the school
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Maintaining a calm, safe and positive classroom environment
Managing behaviour consistently in line with school expectations
Adapting quickly to different classes, year groups and school environments
Following lesson plans and adapting activities where appropriate
Encouraging pupils to remain engaged and motivated throughout the school day
Supporting pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing
Following school policies, routines and safeguarding procedures
Providing clear feedback to the regular class teacher where required
Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from primary teachers who:
Hold QTS, QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
Are confident managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high expectations
Can quickly adapt to new schools, year groups and classroom environments
Are reliable, punctual, professional and approachable
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development
Enjoy the variety and flexibility that supply teaching provides
