The Job
andmiddot;Field based position, targeting the residential and commercial sectors.
andmiddot;Production, submission and tracking of project specific technical specifications.
andmiddot;Build relationships with Main Contractors within the construction industry sector.
andmiddot;Provide technical expertise to interested parties, within targeted projects.
andmiddot;Confidence to focus on building and safeguarding specifications.
andmiddot;Identify new market opportunities and feedback intelligence to the business.
andmiddot;Update CRM daily with project tracking information and customer information.
andmiddot;Ensure formulation and delivery of CPD presentations.
About You
andmiddot;Strong proven technical specification sales experience within the Construction Materials supply sector
andmiddot;Strong proven background within specfication sales within the construction sector
andmiddot;Confidence of passive fire protections systems would be a distinct advantage.
andmiddot;IT competence with CAD skills would be desirable.
andmiddot;Experience of delivering CPDandrsquo;s would be a distinct advantage
andmiddot;Should have a solutions-based sales approach along with exceptional customer service skills.
