The company are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and have recently been awarded a new scheme in Oldham which is an external refurbishment scheme to tenanted Social Housing properties.
As a result, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:
- The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
- Ensuring health andamp; safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards Handamp;S throughout the team
- Monitoring the quality of work
- Liaising with the client
- Programming works
- Ordering materials
Experience needed:
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes (planned maintenance).
You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.
The salary on offer is -42k (depending on experience) plus car allowance and other benefits
