Freelance Site Manager - Commercial Office Fit Out

Location: Nottingham
Rate: £280300 per day
Duration: Freelance Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a -1m commercial office fit out project in Nottingham.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial fit out and refurbishment, ideally with previous experience delivering office fit out projects. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring the project is delivered safely and to programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site.

• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.

• Driving the programme and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Maintaining high standards of health and safety.

• Carrying out site inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

• Managing site paperwork, RAMS, inductions and toolbox talks.

• Liaising with the project team and reporting on progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within the fit out and refurbishment sector.

• Strong commercial office fit out experience.

• Experience managing projects of a similar nature and value.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS Card.

• First Aid qualification.
