Albion Search are currently partnering with a regional main contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis, for a project in Leeds City Centre.
The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-room projects, be able to work as part of a wider management team and have experience either working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
Roles andamp; Experience
- Management of trades andamp; sub-contractors
- Oversight of specific packages on the build
- Working knowledge of internals packages would be beneficial
- Handamp;S
- Inductions
- Attending progress meetings
- Senior PM liaison
- RAMS
Package
- Basic salary of up to -65,000
- Car allowance or company car
- Healthcare

- Bonus
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card. A black CSCS would be advantageous.
