This permanent Site Foreman role in London is with a client specialising in high-quality commercial fit-outs across the UK for retail, hospitality and leisure brands. Working hands-on alongside site teams, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will maintain quality control and meet project deadlines. Proven experience in commercial shopfitting is essential, along with a strong carpentry and joinery background, previous experience supervising and managing site teams, and confidence reading and working from technical drawings. Salary is £40,000 to £65,000 per annum.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Site Foreman-with a strong carpentry and joinery background to join their growing team.
The Role:
- The Site Foreman will work hands-on alongside site teams.
- The Site Foreman will oversee the day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Will maintain quality control and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:-
- The Site Foreman will need to-have proven experience in commercial shopfitting - ESSENTIAL.
- Will have a strong carpentry and joinery background.
- Previous experience supervising and managing site teams.
- The Site Foreman must be confident reading & working from technical drawings.
- Excellent organisation, communication & leadrship skills.
- Strong attention to detail & a proactive approach.
- Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous).
