Are you highly organised, detail-focused and adept at managing daily operations efficiently? We are seeking a proactive Shipping Coordinator to manage all shipping activities, ensuring the prompt despatch and delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate shipments, collections and deliveries to consistently uphold service standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records, ensuring they are current and compliant.
- Monitor deliveries and swiftly resolve any transport-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, warehouse and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support inventory control processes and ensure adherence to all relevant shipping regulations.
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and ERP systems.
- Previous experience in shipping or logistics is preferred.
- Export experience is essential.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
