What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and develop your own recruitment desk, taking ownership of both candidate and client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new business and building long-term client partnerships
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
- Delivering temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
- Growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities
- Attending client meetings and business development appointments
- Negotiating fees and securing new vacancies
- Working towards revenue targets, KPIs and personal career goals

What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
- Background as a Recruitment Consultant, Delivery Consultant or Resourcer
- Strong communication, relationship-building and business development skills
- Commercially aware, target-driven and ambitious
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Desire to build a long-term career in 360 recruitment
