SSA are recruiting for a Senior Engineer/Agent-to join a leading Civil Engineering andamp; Utilities contractor working on-major Water-projects across their Southern Water framework, involving clean and wastewater treatment projects, pumping station upgrades, as well as other civils based schemes including deep drainage, shafts, and tunnelling.-
The Site Agent-would be responsible for:
- Managing day to day site operations-
- Ensuring construction is completed in accordance with company andamp; industry health andamp; safety standards, and is in budget, and on the expected timeline
- Liaising with internal teams to plan and programme construction and installation works
- Management of plant, materials, and site labour
- Subcontractor liaison and management
- Leading site meetings to discuss project resources, timeline, budget etc
- Contribute to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers
