8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm Friday.

This role would suit candidates with experience in a senior engineering role within an automated manufacturing environment. You will need leadership experience and hold a relevant engineering qualification.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency across manufacturing and production operations.
The Senior Engineer Role:
andmiddot; Manage PPM schedules and reactive maintenance
*75% people management, 25% hands on
andmiddot; Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective measures
andmiddot; Support the installation of new equipment
andmiddot; Lead lean and CI activities
andmiddot; Monitor downtime
andmiddot; Lead and mentor multidisciplined team of six, including engineers, technicians and apprentices, offering coaching and guidance
The Senior Engineer Candidate:
andmiddot; Experience in a senior/lead engineering role
andmiddot; Automated production / manufacturing environment andndash; PLCs, robotics, conveyors etc.
andmiddot; Knowledge of lean manufacturing
andmiddot; Hold an engineering qualification
