An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Electronic Design Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team working on a variety of cutting-edge projects based in Colchester.

This role offers a great blend of challenge and variety, giving you the opportunity to work across new and existing electronic designs, including legacy systems and product improvements. Your engineering expertise and problem-solving skills will play an important role in developing, improving and maintaining electronic systems throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic hardware design, with experience across analogue and digital electronics. Proficiency with electronic design and CAD tools, alongside a strong understanding of electronic components and systems, is essential.

Experience andamp; Skills Required
- Proven experience in electronic hardware design
- Strong analogue and digital electronics knowledge
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design
- Good understanding of electronic components, circuits and systems
- Experience using electronic design/CAD tools
- Strong fault-finding and debugging skills
- Ability to analyse problems and develop practical engineering solutions
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of engineering projects
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
