Autograph Recruitment is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join our clientandrsquo;s team in Hereford.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership of queries and supporting colleagues. Youandrsquo;ll be confident handling more complex enquiries, keeping customers informed and making sure nothing gets missed.

What will you be doing?
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing professional, friendly support.
- Managing enquiries by telephone and email, following them through to resolution.
- Handling complaints and escalations with a calm, practical approach.
- Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and keep customers updated.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and processing information.
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day queries and sharing your experience.
- Identifying ways to improve processes and the customer experience.

What are we looking for?
- Youandrsquo;ll have previous experience in customer service, account support or a similar customer-facing role, and be ready to bring that experience into a senior position.
- A clear, confident communicator who builds relationships easily.
- Organised and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
- Confident handling challenging conversations and finding solutions.
- Comfortable using customer management systems and Microsoft Office.
