Remedy Education is looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a specialist setting in North London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children and young people overcome barriers to learning, develop their confidence and reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
Be patient, understanding and adaptable to individual learning needs.
Have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Be confident supporting pupils' learning, development and wellbeing.
Remain calm and consistent when managing challenging behaviour.
Work effectively alongside teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.
Previous experience in a specialist SEN setting would be advantageous.
