This is a great opportunity for someone with around six monthsand#39; sales, telesales or customer service experience whoand#39;s looking to develop a career in sales.
Youand#39;ll be following up enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, speaking with potential customers, understanding their requirements and converting interest into booked appointments.
The Role
- Following up enquiries generated through marketing campaigns
- Speaking with homeowners and commercial customers over the phone
- Qualifying customer requirements
- Converting enquiries into confirmed appointments
- Working closely with the administration team to ensure appointments are booked efficiently
- Keeping customer information accurate and up to date
What Weand#39;re Looking For
- Around six monthsand#39; experience in sales, telesales, customer service or an upselling role
- Confident speaking with people over the phone
- Positive, driven and well organised
- Strong local knowledge of Peterborough and the surrounding area would be advantageous
- Someone who enjoys building rapport and delivering excellent customer service
