Person Specification:
NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
Experience of working with children under 5 years of age
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable)
Paediatric First Aid (Desirable)
Some of the Room Leader responsibilities will Include:
- Working as a key worker, recording childrenandrsquo;s learning and development
- Compliance with EYFS and planning exciting age appropriate activities
- To effectively lead and direct room based teamandnbsp;
- Supporting children at sleep times and with personalcare
- Working in partnership with parents and key interfacing groups
- Working to nursery Safeguarding, Health andamp; Safety policy and procedures
- Attending parentandrsquo;s evenings and open days as required
- Attending staff meetings and training as required
- Working 40 Hours per week
