What Ypu'll Doandnbsp;
As a RGN with Nurseplus, your role will be as rewarding as it is varied. Key responsabilities include:andnbsp;
- Delivering high quality nursing care to patients in line with individual care plans.andnbsp;
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines.andnbsp;
- Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, responding promptly to change their needs.andnbsp;
- Supporting clients with chronic conditions, post-operative care, or rehabilitation programs.andnbsp;
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide hollistic, patient centred care.andnbsp;
- Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining care records to the highest standards.andnbsp;
What We Need From Youandnbsp;
- A current and unrestricted NMC registration.andnbsp;
- At least six months of UK - based paid experience.andnbsp;
- The right to work in the UK.
- A good standard of English and effective communication skills.andnbsp;
- Flexibility to travel as required.andnbsp;
