- Junior Consultant or Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant orandnbsp;andnbsp;Principal Consultantsandnbsp;consideredandnbsp;
- Niche industry - all consultants have their own market so no crossoverandnbsp;
- Warm desk - the client work with 80% of the market alreadyandnbsp;
- Cold calling business development experience essentialandnbsp;
- Contract andamp; Permanent desks availableandnbsp;
- 1-2 days remote working each week (applicable after the first 3 months)
- Base salaries andpound;25-andpound;45K DOE
- Commission paid with no threshold up to 35%
- Regular team social events
- Any previous sector experience consideredandnbsp;
- We are looking for go getting recruiters, with a sense or urgency about the way they work, someone who is money motivated is essential
