Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out
Eden Brown are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a leading fit-out contractor delivering high-profile CAT A and CAT B commercial office projects across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong fit-out background to join a busy contractor and oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Monitoring programme performance and reporting on project progress
- Managing procurement, subcontractor packages and project documentation
- Attending client meetings and maintaining strong working relationships
- Driving quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out
- Strong CAT A and CAT B project experience
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
- Available to start at short notice
