One of the UK's leading Property Consultancies is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join its expanding office in Leeds on a permanent basis, with a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum plus a benefits package. The role involves taking full responsibility for a number of projects from pre-contract to final account, with full client ownership and management of projects through to completion. The successful candidate will also get involved in business and client development, representing the company at networking events and meetings. The client works across Education, Residential, Leisure, Health and Commercial sectors.

The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the region with over ten established offices across the UK. They work across all sectors within projects covering Education, Residential, Leisure, Health and Commercial. They have an outstanding reputation and strong track record of developing their employees to Director level positions.
THE POSITION
The positon is for a Project Manager to get involved in taking full responsibility of a number of projects from pre contract to final account. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and manage the project through to completion. The successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to get involved in business and client development and represent the company at various networking events and meetings.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Project Manager must:
- Have a relevant degree
- Have experience working as a Project Manager on either the Client, Contractor or Consultancy side
- Have experience working on projects within Property
- Have good communication and client facing skills
