Weandrsquo;re looking for an experienced Senior Production Operative, Line Leader or Supervisor ready to develop into a Team Leader with a growing food manufacturing business in Bristol.
Working alongside the Night Shift Team Leader, youandrsquo;ll help run the shift, support the production team and ensure targets for output, quality and safety are achieved. Youandrsquo;ll also have opportunities to deputise for the Team Leader and gain experience across the wider operation.
Production Team Leader Key Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the Night Shift Team Leader.
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets.
- Provide Team Leader cover during holidays and absence.
- Work with Engineering to resolve machinery issues and minimise downtime.
- Maintain food safety, quality, health andamp; safety and housekeeping standards.
- Support training, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
About You
- Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar production environment.
- Previous experience as a Senior Operator, Line Leader, Supervisor or Team Leader.
- A hands-on approach with good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical, engineering or fault-finding experience would be advantageous.
- FLT licence (Bendi or counterbalance) desirable.
- Reliable and comfortable working independently on night shifts.
