Youandrsquo;ll work alongside the Site Lead and own the performance of your shift. That means training and developing your people, holding them to the KPIs, and spotting where things could run better. If youandrsquo;ve got ideas, they want to hear them. If youandrsquo;ve delivered CI or Lean improvements before, even better, because youandrsquo;ll get the chance to do it again here and see it stick.
Who it suits
Youandrsquo;re already a Production Shift Manager, Section Manager or Production Manager in food manufacturing, and you manage a team. You know what good looks like on a shop floor and youandrsquo;ve got the people skills to get a team there with you. You understand the basics of CI and Lean, and you can point to a project where you made a real difference.
Who it probably doesnandrsquo;t suit
If you want a quiet shift and a predictable routine, this isnandrsquo;t it. Itandrsquo;s fast paced and theyandrsquo;re growing, so things will change. If that sounds like hard work rather than a good thing, itandrsquo;s probably not for you.
