The Role
Due to progressive growth, opportunities have become available for new production operatives to join our team. In this strategically important and challenging role you will be required to:
andbull; Build component parts, screw kits and sub-assemblies to replenish pre-agreed stock levels
andbull; Build finished lock assemblies to strict requirements that satisfy customer orders
andbull; Ensure build quality is able to satisfy strict national and international standards
andbull; Monitor work bench stock levels to ensure continuous production
andbull; Ensure internal works orders are fulfilled on time and to the correct standard
Two Shift Patterns Available
andbull; Monday andndash; Thursday (Apply online only) and Friday (Apply online only)
andbull; Monday andndash; Friday (Apply online only)
The Person
The successful candidate will already understand the processes involved in high-quality, high-volume manufacturing. Applicants should therefore possess the following attributes:
andbull; Good communication skills
andbull; Reliability, trustworthiness and a strong work ethic
andbull; Knowledge of manufacturing processes and have good manual dexterity
andbull; Must be a team player with a andquot;Can Doandquot; attitude
andbull; Experience within the field of production/mechanical engineering would be beneficial but not essential
andbull; Must be flexible in approach, willing take on other tasks and be responsive to changing demands and situations
