We are currently seeking a reliable Plasterer/Tiler to join our clients Maintenance Team working on void properties across the local area.
This role will be on a part time basis - 14-hours per week. The days worked, can be flexible
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will carry out plastering, patch repairs, tiling, and general maintenance works on void properties.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding and rendering
- Wall and floor tiling in kitchens, bathrooms, and other domestic area's
- Prepare surfaces and complete finishing works to a high standard
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plasterer and tiler within domestic maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good attention to details and quality workmanship
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- City andamp; Guilds Plastering qualifications or CSCS
- Own tools
