Carmichael UK is recruiting for an experienced Planner to join a major civil engineering and infrastructure programme based at Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high-profile project delivering complex construction and infrastructure works within one of the UKand#39;s most important defence environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining and monitoring project programmes to ensure the successful delivery of works.

Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain and update project programmes using Primavera P6
- Monitor progress against programme and identify potential risks and delays
- Produce programme updates, progress reports and look-ahead schedules
- Work closely with delivery teams, commercial teams and stakeholders to ensure programme accuracy
- Support planning and project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with critical path analysis and programme optimisation
- Contribute to reporting requirements and performance reviews
- Proven experience working as a Planner within civil engineering, infrastructure, defence, marine, rail, highways or major construction projects
- Strong Primavera P6 experience
- Excellent understanding of project planning methodologies and project controls
- Ability to analyse programme performance and identify issues proactively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience working on large, complex projects is highly desirable

- andpound;50 lodge allowance per day worked on site if you live over 50 miles from siteandnbsp;
