About this role
The Best Connection is recruiting Pharmaceutical Packers for a temporary role in Runcorn with a leading, well-known manufacturer. Working in a busy packing department, you will pack health vitamins and tablets into tubes and blister packs, make sure production lines and machines are running correctly, assemble packaging ready for packing, and quality check all packed products ready for despatch, along with other packing-associated tasks. A good eye for detail, adherence to health and safety procedures on site and the ability to work as part of a team are required. Pay is £13.21 to £26.42 per hour, with overtime paid at attractive rates.

Our client, a leading & well known manufacturer, is looking to recruit a number of dedicated and reliable Packers to work in their busy packing department.
The main duties will include:
- Packing health vitamins & tablets into tubes / blister packs
- Making sure production lines / machines are running correctly
- Assembling the packaging ready for packing
- Quality checking all packed products ready for despatch
- All other packing associated tasks
Skills / Attributes:
- A good eye for detail to ensure accuracies with orders
- Adhere to health & safety procedures on site
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
The working hours are on a weekly rotation:
- (Apply online only) Monday to Thursday & (Apply online only) on a Friday
- (Apply online only) Monday to Thursday & (Apply online only) on a Friday
Overtime is paid at attractive rates.
Overtime rules are as follows:
- x1.5 after 39 hours Monday to Friday
- x1.5 Saturdays (providing standard hours completed)
- x2 Sundays (providing Monday to Saturday worked)
This is an ongoing position, with potential of temp-to-perm opportunities after a qualifying period Experience working within a similar role is essential.
