About this role
This contract Outreach Tutor role in Sevenoaks involves providing one-to-one tuition to students who may struggle to access mainstream education or require a more personalised learning environment. You may work with young people with autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, anxiety, sensory differences or communication challenges. Responsibilities include delivering Maths and English tuition, tailoring lessons to individual abilities and needs, adapting activities to support concentration and engagement, building trust, encouraging positive learning routines, monitoring progress and adjusting teaching approaches. The ability to teach both Maths and English is required, and experience with SEN/SEND or SEMH is desirable. Pay is competitive, based on experience and qualifications, with flexible hours up to 40 per week.

About You
