TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private day-nursery with their search for aandnbsp;Nursery Practitioner.andnbsp;This is an exciting opportunity work with a warm and positive private day-nurseryandnbsp;in Exeter, who focus on child engagement with a therapeutic approach.andnbsp;The setting looks after up toandnbsp;125andnbsp;children, andandnbsp;both indoor and outdoor areas are split into age-appropriate sectionsandnbsp;andandnbsp;provideandnbsp;sensory enhancing activities.andnbsp;The nurseryandnbsp;ensuresandnbsp;children are able to challenge themselves and take risks in a safe and secure environment.andnbsp;andnbsp;
The nursery is looking to take on a Level 3 qualifiedandnbsp;Nursery Practitioner, on a long-term basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the rightandnbsp;Nursery Practitioner. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and could be required to work across all rooms, supporting children from ages 6 weeks up to 4 years.andnbsp;In a time of growth for this Nursery, career progression opportunities are also available for the rightandnbsp;Nursery Practitioner.andnbsp;andnbsp;
The successfulandnbsp;Nursery Practitionerandnbsp;will have:andnbsp;
- Level 3 desirableandnbsp;
- Level 2 requiredandnbsp;
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Studies (EYFS) curriculumandnbsp;andnbsp;
- andlsquo;Can-doandrsquo; approach with the willingness to get stuck inandnbsp;
- Adaptabilityandnbsp;
