This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious early years professional to shape an inspiring, inclusive setting where children, families and staff can truly thrive.

- Lead and inspire a dedicated nursery team
- Champion high-quality, play-based learning and the EYFS
- Drive safeguarding, inclusion and SEND provision
- Build strong relationships with families and the wider community
- Oversee nursery operations, budgets and occupancy
- Bring energy, vision and a passion for helping every child thrive
Youandrsquo;ll need a relevant degree-level qualification and proven leadership and management experience within early years or a comparable educational setting.
