Multi-Trade Operative
Salary: Up to £37000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a growing property maintenance team delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services within the social housing sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service. You will be working in occupied residential properties, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure homes remain safe and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard (NVQ Level 2 preferred)
- Undertake basic plumbing repairs and minor installations
- Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery work
- Perform a wide range of general maintenance tasks
- Diagnose faults and provide effective, long-lasting repairs
- Work independently while contributing to a wider team environment
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong plastering experience, ideally supported by an NVQ Level 2 qualification
- Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry repairs
- Experience working within domestic or tenanted properties
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service
- Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems
- NVQ, City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent practical experience
- Full UK manual driving licence
