Multi Trade Operative
We are recruiting experienced and versatile Multi Trade Operatives to join our client in the Stratford area.andnbsp;
In this role, youandrsquo;ll carry out reactive repairs and general property maintenance across residential properties, helping to ensure homes are safe, comfortable and well-maintained. Youandrsquo;ll be supported by modern digital systems designed to keep work flowing efficiently and provide you with the information you need to deliver a first-class service.
Responsibilities
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be expected to cover North and East London, with occasional work in South London.
- Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations.
- Perform carpentry duties, including repairs and basic joinery.
- Support with a broad range of general property maintenance duties.
- Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ensure all work meets health and safety, quality and customer service standards.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when working in occupied properties.
- Accurately update job information using PDA/digital systems.

The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Part P qualification andndash; desirable.
- Working knowledge and experience of plumbing.
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in tenanted/occupied properties.
- Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems.
- Additional relevant trade qualifications.
- NVQ or City andamp; Guilds Level 2 qualification as a minimum.
- Clean and valid UK driving licence.
- DBS check, or willingness to undertake
