This is a permanent Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role based in London. The position requires both electrical and mechanical engineering abilities, with responsibilities covering planned and reactive maintenance. You will maintain building services systems, complete planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and attend to reactive issues. All works must be completed safely and efficiently and to a high standard. Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineerwith Electrical Engineer and Mechanical Multi-Skilled Engineer abilities. The Multi-Skilled Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Building Services Engineer role will involve planned and reactive maintenance. The Multi-Skilled Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Building Services Engineer role will involve maintaining building services systems, completing PPMs, attending reactive issues and ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently and to a high standard.
The Multi-Skilled Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Building Services Engineer responsibilities include:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance
- Attend reactive maintenance issues and building repairs
- Service, maintain and fault-find mechanical and M&E systems
- Carry out routine inspections
- Complete job reports, log books, maintenance records etc
- Monitor plant rooms and site equipment
- Complete scheduled works on time
- Liaise professionally with clients, tenants and contractors on site
The Multi-Skilled Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Building Services Engineer will need:
- Experience in building services maintenance
- Experience working with electrical systems and M&E systems with an electrical bias
- Relevant and up to date qualifications
- Good fault finding and maintenance skills
- Experience carrying out a range of PPM duties
The Multi-Skilled Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Building Services Engineer salary is -40-50k depending on experience
