We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, working on commercial projects in Leeds.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial mechanical installations, project delivery and site management.
Key Responsibilities

Manage mechanical projects from inception through to completion.

Oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial mechanical installations.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Monitor project progress, costs, programme schedules and resources.

Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on site.

Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors.

Manage procurement, materials and labour requirements.

Resolve site issues and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the commercial building services sector.

Proven experience delivering commercial mechanical projects.
-
Valid SMSTS certification.

Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations.

Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.

A proactive approach to health and safety, quality control and project delivery.
