This is a permanent Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor role based in Bevendean, Brighton, within the commercial maintenance sector. The position involves looking after a small in-house team as well as a number of sub contractors, ensuring KPIs are hit and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) is completed. Duties include updating the CAFM system, making sure compliance is completed with the team and sub contractors, carrying out audits on assets and sub contractors, and holding general meetings with the client and managers. Candidates will need a mechanically biased qualification and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor-
I am currently recruiting for a mechanically bias maintenance supervisor in Brighton. You will have a mechanically bias qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include looking after a small in house team, as well as a number of sub contractors, making sure KPI's are hit, ppm's are completed, updating the cafm system, making sure compliance is completed with the team and sub contractors, carry out audits on assets and sub contractors, general meeting with client and managers.
Hours 8-5
Salary is 52,800.00 plus 25 days holidays and many other benefits.
