The school:
I am currently working with a provision in Redbridge, the students who attend the school have SEMH/Autism. The school have a lovely team of staff who are very supportive of both staff and students. They are looking to expand their team and are looking for confident,andnbsp;innovativeandnbsp;and an individual with strong behaviour management. Team Teach/Restraint training is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate must be:
-Strong behaviour management, confident and innovative
-Be available Monday andndash; Friday, 8:30am andndash; 3:30pm
-Can commit to the full academic year
-Previous experience working an SEN school or mainstream school supporting SEN students
-Be able to travel to East London
-Team Teach/Restraint trainedandnbsp;(desirable not essential)
-Daily rate: andpound;90-andpound;120 (dependent on experience)
