Portfolio HR andamp; Reward are really excited to represent a leading technology business based in Manchester City Centre, seeking a Learning andamp; Development Manager to join their business on a permanent contract.
You will be working in some unbeatable offices, and office presence is required 2 days per week.
The successful candidate will receive a salary between -65,000 and -70,000, with other amazing benefits also available to you.
As a successful Learning andamp; Development Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Taking ownership of the sales learning roadmap and the Landamp;D with the sales function.
- Undertaking numerous ongoing projects across the sales projects including new CRM andamp; LMS, sales modernisation and building a new sales academy
- Engaging with senior stakeholders within sales to collaborate ideas and improve the learner experience
The ideal will have experience in the following;
- Proven Landamp;D professional with experience building out capability through blended learning and tools.
- A Sales background / understanding, handling senior sales stakeholders and managing expectations
- Be keen to develop within people management
