About this role
This temporary Labourer role is based in Bicester, Oxfordshire, on a construction site. The successful candidate will carry out general site labouring duties, maintain a clean, tidy and organised work environment, assist tradespeople and site management as required, move and handle materials around site, and load and unload deliveries. Applicants must hold a valid and in-date CSCS card and have full PPE to be considered. Previous construction site experience is preferred, along with physical fitness for manual labouring duties, reliability, punctuality, a strong work ethic, good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Requirements
