KS2 Teaching Assistant

The role:
- Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 2
- Working with individual pupils, small groups, and whole classes
- Providing targeted support to help pupils achieve their learning goals
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Helping to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within KS2
- Be confident supporting learning across a range of subjects
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proactive, patient, and adaptable
- Be committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential
- Work effectively as part of a wider school team
