Seeking to secure an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Business Analyst to support and optimise core Sales, Distribution andamp; Order-to-Cash business processes within an international Manufacturing organisation.
The role will focus on providing Functional Support, Business Analysis, System Configuration and Continuous Improvement across JDE EnterpriseOne Sales andamp; Distribution modules, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance andamp; IT stakeholders.
You will take responsibility for translating business requirements into effective JDE solutions, troubleshooting production issues, supporting system enhancements and improving business processes across the organisation.

Technical Skills Required:.
- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1): Strong functional experience supporting andamp; configuring JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2, particularly Sales andamp; Distribution modules - ideally 3 years' experience.
- Sales Order Management: Hands-on experience supporting sales order processing, order management workflows and associated Order-to-Cash processes.
- Distribution Management: Strong knowledge of JDE Pricing, Sales Order Management andamp; Address Book functionality.
- JDE Functional Configuration: Experience configuring andamp; maintaining JDE application processing options, batch processes andamp; UBE jobs.
- EDI Integration: Experience supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions, sales order integrations andamp; customer/supplier interfaces - ideally 1 year's experience
- Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications andamp; translating business needs into system solutions.
- Production Support: Troubleshooting JDE application issues, root-cause analysis, incident resolution and ongoing functional support.
- System Enhancements andamp; Testing: Supporting system improvements, upgrades, patches, Unit Testing, System Testing andamp; User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Stakeholder Management: Working closely with Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance andamp; IT teams to improve business processes and system performance.
- Documentation: Maintaining functional specifications, business process documentation, system configurations and support procedures.
- Experience with SQL for data analysis, investigation andamp; troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of JDE integration technologies, including Z-files, staging tables andamp; Business Services (BSSV).
- Exposure to JDE Orchestrator andamp; BI Publisher.
- Previous experience supporting JDE EnterpriseOne within FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution or Supply Chain environments.
- Experience working across geographically dispersed or international business operations.
