Portfolio HR andamp; Reward are supporting a fantastic nationwide business that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will be based in Ormskirk offering hybrid 2 days each week.
The current salary is between -30,000 and -35,000, with a quick start date being preferred.
As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
- Supporting with the recruitment process, including onboarding, offboarding, ATS system etc
- Working on employee relations cases including initial investigations
- Supporting the Landamp;D team, identifying potential gaps in this area
he ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;
- Proven experience working at an advisory level i.e. People Advisor/ HR Advisor
- Experience across true generalist HR including recruitment, employee relations etc
- Adopt a collaborative and proactive approach to work
