We are currently recruiting for an HGV Trailer Technician to join a busy workshop in Widnes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on a variety of trailers without the hassle of unsociable shift patterns or weekend work.
The RoleAs an HGV Trailer Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a variety of trailers
- Diagnosing faults and completing necessary repairs
- Inspecting trailers to ensure they are safe and roadworthy
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and routine checks
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

- Mondayandndash;Friday day shifts
- No weekend working
- No unsociable shift patterns
- Excellent work-life balance
- Opportunity to work on all types of trailers
- Previous experience working on HGV trailers
- A valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence is essential
- Good mechanical and fault-finding skills
- A reliable, professional approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
