- Ensure all work complies with company policies and safety procedures
- Document diagnosis, repairs, service, and safety inspections accurately
- Contribute to customer retention by providing professional and reliable service
- Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance andamp; Repair
- Minimum of 1-2 years post-qualification practical experience
- Strong commitment and motivation to work in a busy workshop environment
- Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure as the-HGV Technician
- Good team player and able to support colleagues
- An active HGV driving licence is highly advantageous but not essential
