Driver Hire Uxbridge are recruiting HGV Class 2 Dustcart / RCV Drivers for our client, a leading Waste Management Service Centre based in Harefield UB9
TEMPORARY TO PERMAMENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE andnbsp;(opportunity to become a permanent employee after a 12 week period, subject to performance)
andpound;43,002.70 per annum + andpound;2500 yearly performance bonus
Monday to Fridayandnbsp; 4am starts | 9.5 hour shifts
Rota includes 1 Saturday a month

Duties:
- Safely drive Class 2 dustcarts across London and the Home Counties
- Follow planned collection routes and schedules
- Maintain accurate driver logs and compliance records
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Comply with road traffic laws, driversandrsquo; hours and company procedures
- Work effectively with loaders and the transport team
- Provide a professional and considerate service to customers
- Maintain a clean, tidy and professional vehicle
andnbsp;
Requirements:
- UK Category C Manual Licence
- Max 6 points; no DR, DD, TT, IN or MS90
- Valid CPC and TACHO
- Aged 25+ for insurance
- Class 2 experience andnbsp;
- Experience in waste operations is preferred but not essentialandnbsp;
- Professional with excellent customer service skills
