Interaction Recruitment is recruiting reliable HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing temporary work with a busy distribution operation in Wolverhampton. Day shifts are available, with organised trunking routes and no multi-drop deliveries. Daily duties include operating Class 1 vehicles, completing vehicle safety checks, following transport schedules and procedures, and complying with tachograph and drivers' hours regulations. Applicants need a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 12 months, 180 days of Class 1 experience in the last two years, a valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card, no more than six penalty points, and the ability to complete required vetting and DBS checks.

Pay Rates£21.44 per hour - Standard day shifts
£22.48 per hour - Dawn shifts (02:01-04:00 starts)
£21.99 per hour - Early shifts (04:01-05:00 starts)
£21.71 per hour - Early shifts (05:01-05:30 starts)

Ongoing temporary work

Potential additional shifts
You'll be responsible for transporting loads safely between distribution sites, following scheduled routes and maintaining high driving standards.
Daily duties include:
Operating HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
Completing vehicle safety checks
Following transport schedules and procedures
Complying with tachograph and drivers' hours regulations
Maintaining a professional approach at all times
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, held for a minimum of 12 months
At least 180 days of Class 1 driving experience within the last 2 years
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
No more than 6 penalty points
Ability to complete the required vetting and DBS checks
Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
