About this role
MET Logistics is recruiting an HGV Class 1 Driver for an ongoing temporary role based in Bengeworth, Evesham, with immediate starts and temp-to-perm options for suitable candidates. The position involves delivery of produce and RDC deliveries, with day shifts between 06:00–18:00 and night shifts between 18:00–06:00, each 12.5 hours long. Drivers conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety, compliance and vehicle readiness. Applicants require strong driving skills, a clean driving record, a valid HGV Class 1 licence, CPC and DIGI card, knowledge of road regulations and safety standards, a minimum of one year on an HGV Class 1 licence, previous HGV Class 1 experience and no more than six points on their licence. Pay is £21.00–£25.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Competitive pay rate: £21 - £25 per hour, weekly pay.
Responsibilities

What HGV Class 1 drivers will require:
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record and valid HGV Class 1 license, CPC and DIGI card
- Knowledge of road regulations, safety standards, and best practices for freight transportation.
- Minimum 1 year on HGV class 1 licence.
- Previous HGV class 1 experience
- No more than 6 points on licence.
