About this role
This is a contract Group Project Lead role based in London, working 38 hours per week with one to two days on-site. You will lead financial support for capital projects, budgets and investment decisions, providing financial advice to operational managers and service leads. Responsibilities include monitoring capital expenditure, funding and project costs, and building strong stakeholder relationships through constructive challenge and practical financial guidance. The role requires strong finance business partnering experience, ideally within local government, plus knowledge of capital programmes, property or estates finance, or asset management. You must be able to influence non-finance stakeholders and translate financial information into clear, practical advice. The rate is £700 to £800 per day.
